The following functions are part of the official workshop program. Participants can register to attend the activities via the online registration site or on the registration form.

Lunches
Lunches on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday are included for fulltime delegates and for day delegates on their day of registration.

Cancellation policy

• The conference reserves the right to cancel or vary social functions if minimum numbers are not reached.
• Regrettably, additional social function ticket cancellations cannot be refunded if participation is cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the function
