Registration information

Please read the following information carefully.

All fees are quoted in Australian dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST.

* Students must verify that they are a fulltime student by forwarding a signed letter from their head of department
to the conference managers.

AQW 2012 registration entitlements are as follows:

Note: Fulltime student registration does not include the:

Cocktail Evening
Workshop gala dinner

Fulltime student registrants may purchase a ticket to these functions at the guest ticket price. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to purchase tickets to these functions.

Student registration refers to fulltime students who are currently enrolled at a tertiary institution. Students must submit proof of fulltime student status with their completed registration form. A certified copy of a current enrolment form or a letter from the head of department indicating fulltime status is acceptable.

Day registration includes:

Attendance at workshop sessions on the day of registration
Industry exhibition admission on the day of registration
Morning and afternoon teas and lunch on the day of registration
Workshop program book

Cocktail Evening
Happy hour Poster Viewing
Workshop gala dinner

Day delegates may purchase a ticket to these functions at the guest ticket price. Please indicate on the registration form if you wish to purchase tickets to these functions.

Late/onsite registration refers to those delegates who register on or after 17 February 2012, or those who pay to register upon arrival at the workshop. Workshop materials cannot be guaranteed for late/onsite registrants.

Please note: the above registration fees do not include attendance at the optional extra activities which include the technical tours and partner program. These are optional activities at an extra expense for attendees.

Terms & Conditions

Registration cancellation policy

All cancellations must be notified in writing to MCI Australia
Cancellations received on or before 10 February 2012 will be refunded in full, less 25% of the fee to cover administration costs; no registration refunds will be made after this date
As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation, subject to an AUD33 processing fee
Please note that registration refunds will not be granted based on inability to obtain a visa to enter Australia—if delegates are unsure of their ability to obtain a visa we recommend they investigate travel insurance

Payment

All prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Payment must accompany your registration form.
Your registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
Payment must be received by the due date to receive the discount, otherwise the next level of payment will be charged.
Cheques or drafts must be in Australian currency, drawn on an Australian bank and free of all charges.
Cheques should be made payable to MCI Australia.
Payment by credit card is also acceptable. Please note that debits to your credit card will appear as Event Planners Australia on your statement.
Faxed registration forms are acceptable only if payment is by credit card.
Payment may also be made by electronic funds transfers. Please ensure the amount transferred is equal to the total due INCLUDING any bank charges. To assist in the allocation of your payment, please fax transfer advice to +61 7 3858 5499 immediately after transfer to ensure prompt allocation of your funds.
Please ensure that your invoice number and AQW are included on the transfer notice.

Delegates and others are advised that photographs may be taken by the conference organisers during the workshop and reproduced for promotional purposes. Delegates are not permitted to photograph, video or voice record any of the conference presentations
