Room rates quoted are per room per night, in Australian dollars and are GST inclusive

Your credit card details are required to pass on to the hotel to secure your booking. The hotel may process this debit immediately or wait until check-out. A tax invoice/receipt will be issued by the hotel on check-out

Cancellations – accommodation cancellations in whole or in part, or no shows, may incur forfeiture of 100% of the entire accommodation stay at the hotel’s discretion

Book early - new accommodation bookings will not be accepted after 1 August 2008. Any changes to existing accommodation bookings will incur an additional $A50 processing fee

Early arrivals – if you would like to check-in before 1400 hours, please pre-register your room (book and pay for the night before). This is advisable for international delegates arriving on early morning flights

Late arrivals – please indicate if you will arrive at your hotel after 1800 hours to avoid your room being released and a ‘no show’ fee being charged
