Requirements for successful authors of full papers:

  • Full presentation: presenters are required to make a 20 minute oral presentation at the workshop.
  • Poster presentation: presenters are required to display a poster and make a 5 minute oral presentation highlighting their paper.
PLEASE NOTE: final acceptance into the oral program is subject to peer review of your full paper. Acceptance of an abstract does not automatically guarantee publication and/or oral presentation.

Your participation will be re-confirmed once your paper has been reviewed by the technical review committee.

 

Important dates
7 March 2008: Deadline for authors to submit technical papers
7 June 2008: Authors notified of final acceptance or otherwise in the program
7 July 2008: Deadline for presenting authors to register for the workshop
  Earlybird registration closes
7-12 September 2008: AQW 2008, Darwin
   
Failure to meet the specified deadlines/guidelines may result in exclusion from publication.
